Bookstores

Ordering from Northrose is simple. You can order print copies directly from our website, or contact us by telephone, email, or mail.

Customers wishing to use a purchase order must have an account in good standing. To download an account application, please click here.


When ordering, please provide the ISBN, title, and quantity, along with the complete bill-to and ship-to addresses. Special billing and shipping instructions must be clearly indicated on the purchase order. 

Prices do not include shipping or taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Order Online:
First, contact us to receive your discount code, then identify the title(s) at the Northrose Titles section of our website. Add the requested item(s) to your Shopping Cart, and check out to complete your order. We guarantee the security and privacy of your information. For more details, read our privacy policy here.

Terms
Qualified orders from bookstores and distributors with accounts are entitled to a 20% discount, regardless of quantity. All orders must include a purchase order number or person's name. Terms are net 30 days. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Sales Tax
GST and Provincial sales taxes will be added where applicable.

Shipping
The exact shipping charge is prepaid and added to your invoice. Shipments are made via Canada Post unless otherwise requested.

Damaged Goods
Northrose titles damaged in transit by the carrier must be reported immediately for a claim to be filed and a replacement order sent.

Returns

Advance written notice of your intent to return books is required.

Please email your return request to orders@northrose.ca . 100% returns are permitted up to 120 days of invoice. All returns must be shipped at the customer's expense. Books must be in new/saleable condition in their original shrinkwrap.

Each shipment must include a copy of the invoice and the original order id number. A copy of the Return authorization should also be included with the return shipment.

Books that are damaged and not in saleable condition will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Books not in the original shrinkwrap will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Books with any stickers on them will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Accessibility

Northrose eBook Accessibility Alternate File Format

Northrose Educational Resources strives to deliver our products and services in a way that respects the independence and dignity of people with disabilities. Should an alternate format be required by students with a disability who have purchased a textbook, we offer pdf eBooks. Our eBooks do meet the WCAG AA standards and are readable on assistive technologies like NVDA and JAWS. Please review the following to ensure your request is filled without delay

● The student must have a disability and be registered in a course where our educational material is in use.
● The requested material must have been purchased by the student or for the student by the institution.
● The Alternate Format request form must be completed by a school representative, such as the institution’s accessibility service centre, or a designated school staff person.
● For college/university students, proof of purchase must be verified by the school for the printed textbook that the student has purchased from the bookstore or via online purchase.
